The BBC report that QPR have agreed a deal to sign Manchester United’s Ji-Sung Park in a deal worth £5m.
The 31 year old midfielder, who had one year left on his contract, had been one of Sir Alex Ferguson’s most trusted midfielders in recent years, starting most of United’s big games but had featured less regularly this year.
He was tasked with marking City’s major goal threat Yaya Toure during the last derby but was unable to prevent the big Ivorian midfielder from running the midfield for City and was eventually withdrawn.
Park joins United full back Fabio Da Silva who signed on loan at QPR earlier this week.
United have already made two signings so far this summer with Shinji Kagawa and Nick Powell coming in while Michael Owen has been released.
