Manchester United and City have provided three players to the Great Britain squad for the Olympic Games.
United midfielder Ryan Giggs and City defender Micah Richards are two of the three over-age players in the 18-man Great Britain pool.
Reds’ midfield man Tom Cleverley has also been named along with former City players Craig Bellamy and Daniel Sturridge.
Great Britain open their Olympic programme against Senegal at Old Trafford on Thursday, July 26th.
