Arsenal have turned down initial bids for striker Robin Van Persie from City and United as well as the Dutch striker’s reported preferred club Juventus.
The Gunners are believed to be holding out for £20m for Van Persie who has just one year left on his contract.
All three clubs are reported to have offered around £15m but may improve their offers to win the services of the Arsenal captain.
It’s believed that Van Persie may prefer a move to United over City if Juventus don’t win the race to sign him.
