The BBC reports the teams are as follows:

England: Hart, Johnson, Terry, Lescott, Cole, Milner, Gerrard, Parker, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Young, Welbeck. Subs: Green, Walcott, Henderson, Carroll, Baines, Jones, Jagielka, Downing, Defoe, Butland.

Roy Hodgson has named exciting Arsenal winger Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in the starting XI instead of Liverpool’s Stewart Downing. With City’s James Milner playing down the right flank and looking to attack United’s Patrice Evra it would appear that Oxlade-Chamberlain will be playing down England’s left flank against Lille full back Mathieu Debuchy.
